Everyone there was so nice and helpful it almost made my whole day. I felt like I was being treated like royalty over the smallest things. Such a friendly team!

"Ridiculously easy service visit"
Took my Camry in for service it was ridiculously easy. They finished way quicker than I expected, everyone I talked to was friendly, and they explained the small issue without making it confusing. Price seemed fair too, so no complaints from me.

I was worn out from dealing with salespeople by the time I got here, so I really appreciated how easy the staff were to talk to. They were professional, answered my questions, and didn’t pressure me at all, which made the whole experience a lot less tiring.

I saw some prices listed on the site, but the extra fees and the actual final cost weren’t really clear until I started asking around. It was a bit annoying having to dig for information that should’ve been explained upfront.

I traded in my old car at Carlock Toyota of Tupelo, and it went about as smoothly as I hoped it would. I already had a good feeling about them from what I’d heard, so maybe I was expecting it to go well, but they pretty much confirmed that for me. They checked out my car, gave me what felt like a fair offer, and nobody got pushy or made the process awkward. The paperwork didn’t drag on forever either. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and straight up with me. I’d definitely go back again.

I booked my Toyota service online and it only took a few minutes. I thought it might be a bit of a hassle, but actually no, it was super simple and I found a time that worked for me right away.

"Fast replies and super easy to work with"
I reached out to Carlock Toyota of Tupelo with a handful of questions, like pricing, availability, timing, and a couple random details I wasn’t sure about, and they got back to me really quickly. It wasn’t one of those situations where you get passed around, wait forever, or feel like nobody actually read your message. They just gave me straight answers, followed up when they said they would, and made everything feel simple. Stuff like that makes a big difference, especially when you’re already trying to compare cars, figure out paperwork, check schedules, and not get overwhelmed. Overall, really easy to deal with and way less stressful than I expected.

"Financing took forever"
Sales team was nice enough, but financing was a mess. Kept getting different numbers and had to wait forever for updates. Not the worst experience ever, just really frustrating and unclear.

I brought my car in thinking it might take a while, but they had the repair done the same day. My brother was actually surprised when I told him how quick it was. Really happy with the service and glad to have my car back so fast.

"Decent deal, disappointing aftercare"
Buying the car itself went smoothly, and I felt like the sale was fair enough. But once I drove off the lot, the service really dropped off. I’ve had a hard time getting anyone to call me back, and I’m still waiting on paperwork that should’ve been handled by now. In my opinion, the follow-up just wasn’t up to the standard you’d expect after making a big purchase

"Car had more wear than I expected"
The car was okay to drive, but the inside had scratches pretty much everywhere, which was disappointing. It felt like something that could’ve been avoidable with a bit more care or upkeep.
